Dear Students & Surfing Friends, We would like to look back with you on a fantastic weekend we spent at the first UP STREAM SURFING Community Event 2023 on April 22 & 23 at Airport Reef. It was a unique experience where we were able to combine surfing, community and lots of fun. Whether you were students or not, you were all welcome to join us for this unforgettable event!
This weekend focused on the presentation of the UP STREAM SURFING community membership. Various sports activities were also offered at Airport Reef, including volleyball and spikeball. For those who liked something a little more relaxed, the cozy campfire provided a place to rest and unwind. Our river bar ensured that no one stayed thirsty, and we were able to prepare and enjoy delicious grilled specialties. A real treat for all the senses!
Special highlights: An absolute highlight was the flea market that we organized in cooperation with Neele, Leonie, Diele and Kiosk 26 on Sunday. Here, participants had the opportunity to grab unique fashion pieces and expand their wardrobe.
The UP STREAM SURFING Community Event was a great success and we are grateful for the support and enthusiasm you all brought. This event has motivated us to plan more exciting events. We are already looking forward to seeing you again next time and sharing more unforgettable moments. Together we will continue to strengthen the UP STREAM SURFING community and deepen the connection to nature and surfing.
